A NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the residents of City of Rice Lake that the Absentee Ballot Board will be meeting to accept/reject absentee ballots for the 2026 General Election on the following dates:
Every Tuesday and Friday at 10:00 starting September 22nd and going thru November 3rd.
**If there are no ballots to review the Board will not meet.**
The meetings will be at Rice Lake City Hall; 4107 West Beyer Road; Rice Lake, MN 55803

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the residents of City of Rice Lake that the Board of Adjustment will be conducting a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 20th, 2026 at 5:00 PM to consider an application from Matthew Sundberg, 4085 E Calvary Road, for a 30-foot variance from the required 40-foot rear yard setback to build an addition to an existing office space. The Board of Adjustment will also consider an application from CD Storage, LLC 4961 Rice Lake Road, for a variance to use the Administrative Land Split process for a subdivision. 
The Public Hearing will be at the Rice Lake City Hall; 4107 West Beyer Road; Rice Lake, Minnesota 55803.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the residents of City of Rice Lake that the PLANNING COMMISSION will be conducting a PUBLIC HEARING on Tuesday, October 20th, 2026 at 6:00 PM to consider an application from Michael Hendrickson to rezone a portion of parcel ID 520-0017-00575, located in the 4900 block of Rice Lake Rd, to Commercial South. 
The Public Hearing will be at the Rice Lake City Hall; 4107 West Beyer Road; Rice Lake, Minnesota 55803.
