To pay by check or cash, drop off or mail your payment to Rice Lake City Hall.

Select the Pay as Guest option for dog licenses, rentals, etc.

Building Permits, login or register to complete the application process then use the Pay as Guest option once notified to do so following permit approval and where permit fees apply.

Utility Customers: Login or register and link your Utility Account to make payments, manage auto-pay, view payment and billing transactions, sign up for paperless billing, etc.
