Board of Adjustment – Tuesday, September 25th, 2018 at City Hall

  •  6:00 pm: Consider variance request for Grant and Krista Erickson for property located at 5106 Reid Rd, to allow a 40′ road right-of-way setback when the required is 68′ from the center line, to  build an attached deck for handicap access to house.
  • 6:30 pm: Consider variance for 6 parcels on Lonely Pine Dr which currently do not meet minimum lot width requirements according to Zoning Ordinance #22. This request has been brought forth by the City.
